Program Development Labs operates based on standard and customized support agreements. As part of its on-going operations PDL retails some products through exclusive agreements.All products offered through our mailing services partnership with EEM Services and all service and support related agreements conform to the following corporate policies.
REFUND POLICY
1. All sales are final except where specifically stated or covered by different terms as it relates to support, service or contract agreements.
2. All refunds are at the discretion of PDL management, specifically NO refunds will be given in any of the following circumstances:
a. As this relates to products: If an incorrect address was provided to PDL, and PDL has shipped the product to this incorrect address.
b. As this relates to services: In exceptional situations, at PDL's sole discretion, a refund may be considered. Unless covered under separate arrangements, the amount of the refund will be considered on a case by case basis. Under normal circumstances, no refunds will be granted once services have been rendered. RETURNS POLICY
1. Specifically as this relates to products: PDL allows for the return of products purchased if the product was shipped and for some unforeseen reason the product was damaged as the result of shipping. The customer may request a replacement product or a complete refund.
2. Specifically as this relates to products: PDL allows for the return of products purchased from PDL or its partners using a no-questions-asked policy provided the product is returned or notification that the product will be returned is received in writing or by phone contact within 72 hours of receipt of the product. Return shipping cost may be at the expense of the customer or PDL depending on the circumstance and at PDL's discretion.
3. Specifically as this relates to services: PDL does not offer any return policy for services provided. CHARGEBACK POLICY
1. Any chargeback is NOT welcome. All disputes can be resolved by contacting the management of PDL, Inc either by phone, email or regular mail.
2. All authorizations to apply payment for any product or service offered by PDL or its partners, using credit or debit cards, will be accompanied by the delivery of an authorization/confirmation letter or were applicable the product(s) purchased. The packaged or letter will be delivered by Federal Express and require a signature by an Adult.
3. In the event a chargeback is raised in connection with any order or Invoice Request, charging priviledges will be suspended for this customer.
4. It is agreed that it is your responsibility to maintain a working email address for all communications with PDL, this especially applies to 'free' email addresses such as those from Yahoo!, Hotmail or gmail.
5. It is agreed that PDL is not responsible for any failure to receive emails in connection with any order or Invoice Request due to a non-working email address, and that specifically this failure is not valid grounds for raising a chargeback.
6. It is agreed that in the event that a chargeback is raised in connection with any order or Invoice Request, that:
a. PDL will, if fraud is suspected, report the case to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center, together with anti-fraud associations, and/or other third parties at it's discretion.
b. PDL may instigate civil action to recover the principal amount, and any and all additional costs and fees, including legal fees.
SHIPPING POLICY
Unless specifically requested, PDL will ship all products and communications using Federal Express 2 day.
